To those who wrote that there is no "Select All" button; there is a way to do it.
In order to do that, do you have to be someone from the DOS era of the early '80s; well I am proud to be from that era, and therefore, I know how to do it even if there is no button that specifically tells you how to SELECT ALL.

Simple and straightforward.
I like the ability to select the links using a file pattern (and the default *.pdf is a good one!)
I'd like the ability to filter the link list see the selected links (or sort them to the top) to allow quicker review.

I LOVE this extention! didn't know this existed until I found it through a google search on how to batch download pdf files from a website.
The first time I also searched for a 'Select all' button, but then I selected 2 or 3 files and then clicked on 'Add by filename pattern' and then all the 73 pdf files that I wanted to download were selected. After hitting download the job was done in just 5 seconds!! 73 pdf files downloaded in only 5 seconds..
I didn't have to click OK everytime like Jerrel Williams states in his feedback. If you have that problem, follow the instructions written above, it says: "Go to Chrome Preferences ("chrome://settings/"), "Advanced", and disable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" to avoid popups for every file."
Thank you dear developper of this extention for making my life easier today! :)

It would have been perfect if there was a "SELECT ALL" button that could tick all the boxes.
Perhaps the developer could consider this for the next update?
Thanks

"Download multiple links from a website easily" = that is incorrect. It displays a pop-up window on EVERY file that gets downloaded, where you must manually click the "okay" button every time. So if there's a certain website with 200 links on the same page, you'll still have to click your mouse button 200 times. Fail.

What is the point of this extension if you have to open a webpage (downloading data)? I can as well download straight from the page.

Easy to use, allowed me to download PDFs from bank website without a problem (using chrome under MacOS Sonoma), instead of 3 at a time (clicking on an ugly icon) , saving me from tedious work. I used the filter ".pdf" option and clicked on download. Each file opens a system prompt and it's just a matter of clicking on the OS button. Would have been wonderful if it auto-clicked but that's not a scraper so it's fine. Thanks!

Great app! I used this app back when i was doing High School. I'd download multiple exam papers and resources from school websites and then use that to study. I performed well in my final exams 2018. And here i am, back again. Having had gone through Uni, emerged a Software Engineer and using the extension again to download the same resources but this time because i need them for an app i'm working on to help school students prepare better for examinations.
Full Circle Moment! Thank you Batch Link Downloader. ?

@Computer CSE
How are you gonna have a name like that and then make such a ridiculous claim?
Click top item, scroll to bottom, hold shift+click last one.
OMG they're automagically all highlighted!
It's pretty sad when someone who has CSE in their name doesn't know the basics of controlling a computer.
Shift+click is a basic function of any operating system. Same with ctrl+click.
Maybe change that username to "Computer novice who aspires to be a CSE someday" and then change your rating from 1 star to something that's more fair and isn't a rating based on your own lack of knowledge.
